Fact 2. No matter where in the world we’ve landed, its miles from any food delivery radius, night time treat stall or cosy coffee cafe. We serve the rural persons’ convenient pick-me-up.

A malty mix of crunchy malty pieces, thick malted chocolate ganage and all the nostalgia of Milo stuffed heavenly into our signature cookie dough.

It’s honestly what we had left over in the pantry and which has now become a firm favourite. Just a tonne of Salty Pretzels & Snickers.

“Hola, Sut Mae, Hi....
I’m Michelle, I’ve been held hostage in Wales since the beginning of the pandemic lockdown and have kept myself entertained baking for family & friends (but mostly for myself), a few care packages later and an IG feed and here we are...
I have been a serial baker for sometime. Mostly sharing my Welsh tastes and treats with friends in Hong Kong.
Am super grateful to everyone who’s munched on these cookies and continue to want more!!
